After father's death we came to know that father had first wife

Hi, my father died couple months back, my mom and dad had 27 years of quality maried life. Now we came to know, he had first wife and a daughter. My mother is not able obtain death certificate of my dad with her name mentioned. Please suggest
No, you cannot obtain your father's death certificate with your mother's name on it as their marriage is void under section 11 of the Hindu Marriage act and she will not be considered as a legally wedded wife
