After false 498a including 307 and DVC, can be filed for divorce

Dear Lawyers, I got married in 2012 but faced many issues with wife from day 2. After many internal family councelings from bith sides and she attemped suicide by taking phenoil we finally appllied for mutual divorce in june 2016 after writing an agreement of property share. She left back her mothers house. After 45 days later unexpectedly she came back to my home in andhra pradesh and demanded to stay with her which i rejected. She gave a compliant in my local PS, family counceling conducted by DSP bunglow office, there also i rejected to stay back with her.she gave compliant in women welfare office . I attended but she was absent all the times. Then she left back her state karnataka and filed 498a including 307.we got AB and attending trails.she again complined in womens cell in karnataka under DVC and forcing me to stay with her using local influence ( her uncle is ASI in the same local ps) there also i rejected to stay with her. Can i file any counter cases and divirce??
