adjourment of hearing for restitution of conjugal rights

My hearing about case filed under Sec 9 of HMOP is adjourned for more than 3 - 4 times. The respondent (my wife) is giving different reasons and evading the appearance.Court had given first adjournment on Aug31st. She was suppose to reply to my notice, which she didn't. then the hearing was adjourned to 14th of September with no further adjournment, which hpnnd to b a local holiday. it was shifted to 24th.she didn't turn up. again. Again the court has adjourned the case to 5th oct.with similar clause.
1. What does "No further adjournment" mean? 2. how many times, court can adjourn the hearing? 3. Should I use RTI to know, y this has been done and what are its implications. P. S: my so called wife and her mother are noted lawyers in particuar district. Pl. help. Thanks and regards
1. no further adjournment means that the court will not give any other date for hearing without any fruitful result from that hearing as it is delaying the matter without any reason.
