Can I get a compromise decree done on my child's custody and visitation rights? I want a compromise as wherein my husband will not be allowed to either see or communicate or seek visitation or custody rights of my child and also he should not be able to go to higher courts regarding the same as mentioned above. So my question is , is it possible to get it done on papers inside family court.

You can get the compromise decree by the court if your spouce agree for the same. No appeal lies on such compromise decree. However, you can force some one not to initiate legal action against you if there is any right exists in their favour.

Age of the child not mentioned. When your husband want visiting rights, then how he can enter into compromise. It all depends upon your husband'decision. You cannot get such exclusive rights. However you may get finally.

You have to file an application before the concerned Court for permission of visitation rights of child. If that court does not allow you have to approach higher Court. Common point for visitation may be fixed by the Court. Permission of the Court is required.
