Hello,
Your petition seems to be dismissed either for reason that your counsel did not appear and the case went unattained each time or you have not properly instructed your lawyer. Now as the petition is dismissed you have to get it restored by filing application for restoration

Your complaint has dismissed by HC due to non appearance of your counsel. No one from appellant after second call means your counsel remain absent and has not made argument or put your mattr before HC. You can file revision petition before HC
