Will difference in father and my surname create issue later

IN MY DOCUMENTATION MY FATHERS SURNAME IS DIFFERENCE BY ME.MY FATHERS SURNAME IS SEVANI & MY SURNAME IS SUNWANI.IN MY ALL DOCUMENT LIKE AADAR CARD,PAN CARD,ELECTION CARD AND MY GRADUATION MARK SHEET ALSO LEAVING CERTIFICATE ALL DOCUMENT SURNAME IS DIFFERNCE BY MY FATHERS SURNAME WHAT IT WILL CREATE PROBLEM IN FUTURE ,IF YES WHAT IS PROCESS OF ITS.PLS TELL ME
Is the surname, yours and your father's different in all the documents I.e. from 10th till passport and is it same in all the documents. If it is same in all the documents then there is no problem. In case it is different then you can move an application for change of name.

See now if u have all documents of Duncan than I would suggest don't change if u and ur father doesn't have problem than its ok as all u doesn't have any proof of ur fathers name and now marksheets or passport that can not be changed if u change also than also u will get more confusion only let it be as it is.
