Will bank allow us to withdraw the FD on the basis of name certificate

I had deposited around Rs 40,000 in SBI in a Fixed Deposit plan for my mother name Poonam Devi (by mistake) but we dont have the ID and Address prof As Poonam devi is after marriage name and my mother have all the documents with the name Usha and it is before marriage name. Now My mother don't have marriage certificate and any other document where we can show that Usha and Poonam is a same lady. Now is name certificate will be valid to open an account with the name of Poonam devi ? will bank allow us to withdraw the FD on the basis of name certificate. Please advise.Thanks
You will have to contact the bank and ask for a proper procedure to withdraw the FD and what proof would be needed to Furnish in the bank for the document verification of the person.
