Whom should the regular students contact to validate the degree?

Jodhpur national university is empowered to grant degrees of its regular campus students but in recent news it has been in controversy of providing fake degrees to its distance learning students.the legitimate regular students are being denied interview in government companies and are often asked by govt bodies to provide a letter or written proof from government to claim their legitimacy of degrees.whom should the regular oncampus students approach in order to validate their degrees?
