Where can I apply for aadhar i was born in haryana but educated in Raj

i am born in haryana and then my family shifted in rajasthan for business purposes. we were live there on rent and during this i completed my education up to higher secondary level and i make my domicile cecertificate from there. after living the 15 years we reshifted native palace haryana and currently my family lives in native palace haryana. so now ques. is i have domicime certificate of rajasthan, whole education got from rajasthan and now i need such document like aadhar, pan card and voter id. plz guide me and suggest where i can apply these my important documents haryana or rajasthan ???
You can apply for the said documents in the place where your birth certificate was registered or 10th class was completed. However, there is no restriction on the same as you can apply for the same anywhere you wish to.
