Hello. I want to know, what would be court charges to give succession certificate, asset approx. 60Lac

Value exeeding forty lakhs are six % and more based on the assement of the value of the property dependingvupon the various calculation year to year wise so appx it will be around 10% of the assate value above 4 lakhs
