What is the time limit for filing a Counter affidavit in the Court

Sir, I have filed a Writ Petition in January 2015 for Appointment of Job under Jurisdiction of Guwahti High Court and Honourable Court issue notice to three responded and court directed to respond for filing affidavit within four weeks. That after responded advocate three times takes more time filing for counter affidavit and court also their request granted and responded 3 advocate till date not appeared before court due to not receive of notice. Sir on this ground I want to legal advice regarding time limit for filing of Counter affidavit and also provide legal advice for urgently re
You will have to file an application for condonation of delay thereby justifying your reason for delay and alongwith that file your counter affidavit.
If the court allows your delay then your counter affidavit will be taken on record.
