What is the procedure to transfer Car in name my name

I have 2 questions: 1. Can I apply for Car Reimbursement scheme for tax saving in my company if my car is in the name of my spouse? 2. My car registered in Rajasthan and I am using it in Maharashtra currently. It is in the name of my wife and is under a Bank loan from Rajasthan itself. What is the procedure to get the car transferred in my name for actually claiming the car reimbursement from my company?
To get tax reimbursement scheme for your car to be used by the company, the car has to be registered under the name of your company. You cannot get tax saving if the car is registered under the name of your spouse.
