What is the procedure to get the marriage registered

We are Christian couple and got married in church on December 2016. We want to get it registered in civil court under Christian marriage act. What is the procedure and documents required and how much time it will take.
My dear your marriage can registered according to spl marriage act you apply in three copy in concern city magistrate after receiving your application CM call the report to concern police station and also tha sheel after positive report authority issued marriage certificate

Hello,
The following documents are required for the marriage registration:
Complete application form;
Passport Size photographs,
The Marriage Certificate issued by the Minister or the Priest who performed the wedding,
Two photographs of the wedding rituals along with the wedding invite;
Residence and age proof of either party to the marriage;
An affidavit certifying the mental and marital status of both parties.
Procedure: An application has to be made before the registrar telling the intention of marriage and then subsequently once the pledge has been taken before the registrar by either one of the parties to the marriage and a time limit of four days have lapsed after the notice of intended marriage has been received, the Registrar has the power to issue the Certificate of Notice.

आपकी समस्या यह है कि आप एक christian हैं और आपने दिसंबर 2016 में चर्च में शादी कर ली और अब आप उस पर court की मुहर चाहते हैं | इसका उत्तर यह है कि यदि आप court से certificate चाहते हैं तो उसके लिए आपको चर्च में शादी वाली बात छुपाकर पुनः court marriage के लिए दरखास्त court देनी होगी | इस प्रक्रिया को पुरी होने में कम से कम 6 माह का समय लगेगा| दूसरा रास्ता यह है कि इस विवाह का आप रजिस्ट्रेशन करा लें जो कि आपके नजदीक के रजिस्ट्री ऑफिस से ही हो जायेगा | इसके लिए आपके पास चर्च से जारी marriage certificate का होना आवश्यक है | बाकि प्रक्रिया वही होगी जो रजिस्ट्रेशन की होती है | यह पूरी प्रक्रिया 1 दिन में सम्पन्न हो जायेगी | यह कानूनन मान्य भी है |
