What is the procedure to change the name on marksheets

Dear Sir, I'm working in a company with the name Reajesh Kumar Lodhi however my last name on all my 10th, 12th and Gradutation Marksheet is Lodh (I is missing from Lodhi) now this mistake has been identified and highlighted by a new company where I'm going to join so they are asking me to get all marksheet and certif changed which does not seem to me possible as I did my graduation in 2004. However I've my Passport and Post graduation Marksheet with new surname which is Lodhi (with i) could you please advise what can be done? is this possible that I can get my old marksheet and certif change
As per the CBSE rules they are very reluctant to make changes in the marksheet, it is not admissible to change it. You can send an application to CBSE for change of name. or else you can file a WRIT petition in the High Court for change in the.
