What is the procedure to change date of birth in passport

sir,my passport date of birth stating 09/06/1985,which was wrong, my original birth date is 07/06/1987,voter,aadar,pan,SSC mark list all are perfect,my elders and agent done this,passport is expired and never used, I want to change date of birth in passport is it possible pls guide.
As per your query, o change the date of birth in the passport, you have to apply for a "Re-issue" of passport and get the specified change done in the personal particulars.

You can apply in passport office of your area for correction of your birth date if all your documents i.e. birth certificate, matriculation certificate and others bears same date. You have to file an application before the passport authority enclosed with affidavit and all the relevant documents.
