What is the procedure for registration of residential society

Hi, I would like to know the process to register the residential society in Bangalore. The apartment where I have purchased my new house if newly constructed and consist of total 96 flats. Can you please help us to do the registration of residential society/association? Here, I would like to be more clear on one particular point that We want to do it without paying any bribe. We want it to be done completely legally.

To form an apartment association the following steps have to be taken:
1) You have to elect the members of the board of association
2) You have to conduct a general body meeting to ratify the bye-laws of the association
3) You have to approach the Registrar of Co-operative Societies with the bye-laws, Deed of Declaration (Form-A) and the consent of the other owners to register the association.
Please note that the Apartment Association has to be registered under the Karnataka Apartment Owners' Act, 1972 and not the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960

You must prepare Society's Bye laws and 7 executive members should sign the bye laws with photo affixed along with id proof and address proof. Office bearers shud be president, secretary and treasurer. It is difficult to do the registration without paying bribe but nothing wrong in trying it hopefully we shud be able to register without bribing officials.
