What is the procedure for court marriage? My age is 26 yrs and the girls age is 20 years? What all documents are required?
Marriages don't take place in Court. For Marriage under Special Marriage Act , go to the Marriage Registrars office fill p the requisite form , a date is given for after 30 days when the marriage is solemnised by the marriage officer. Documents required by both would be age proof, residence proof ,Photo ID.
