what is the procedure of cancell the settelemnt deed my mother is the first applicant it has been y seetle for my two brothers now days there are not coming to see my mother so we re angry with him so this deed have to cance for both pl give me suggesstion
You cannot cancel the settlement deed unilaterally with out the consent of the other party. You must give him notice and you could cancel the settlement deed with his consent. Otherwise you can file a suit to declare the settlement deed as null and void.
