What is procedure to change name of mother in birth Certificate ?

27-Jun-2023 (In Documentation Law)
Hello ! I am a 28 years old male. My father's second marriage is not registered. I am my father's son from his second marriage. But somehow my birth certificate does not hold my father's second wife's name, who is my actual biological mother. Instead it holds my father's first wife's name who is not my actual biological mother. Now I want to apply for passport hence need a birth certificate with the true information. What should I do ? Can my birth certificate be corrected ? Can maternal DNA test help me in anyway ? Thank you

Firstly being a hindu, your father without divorcing first wife has a second wife which amounts to bigamy, secondly you can opt for a DNA test as well as send a notice to your father seeking your actual birth certificate. Discussion is necessary for plan of action.

you have to affirm an affidavit in this respect before the 1st class magistrate and thereafter have the same published in a news paper and the same should also contents the number of things which only can be done through an advoate.
