What documents do i need to check while buying flat from a seller?

I am planning to buy a 3BHK flat in Delhi. I wanted to know what are the documents that i need to go through or ask the seller?
You should ask the seller for the following documents and go through them before purchasing the flat : Blue print of the plan from the builder, commencement certificate, completion certificate, permission for non-agricultural use of land,NOC-No Objection certificate from Revenue Authority, Previous sale deeds in case of resale, possession certificate, occupancy certificate, society related documents, utility bills and tax receipts.
