What can be the cost and other stamp duty to transfer the property

I want to transfer 27 year old flat at dombivili to my wife. please let me know detail of charges such as stamp duty registration charges and any other cost
You can transfer by way of giftdeed and stamp duty would be only Rs 200 as per amendment in Maharashtra Stamp Act w.e.f April 2015.The deed has to be duly registered in the registrars office with two witness.
