My Name Is Sainirup. I Want to Change My Name to Nirup Nanda. I Don't Want God'S Name In My Name. Is it A Convincible Reason For Name Change In India.

You must file a suit for declaring your name as Nirup Nanda from Sainirup. You must show all departments in which you want correct/modify your name as opposite party. You may file a Writ Petition for change of your name in the concerned High Court in which state you permanently reside. After changing your name the concerned court/High Court will direct you to publish the same in Official Gazette of India. After publication your name will be changed as Nirup Nanda. But you must specify the reason for change of your name as you don`t want God`s name in your name.
