Want to know court marriage procedure In Jaipur or Ajmer

Hi, We are a couple of adults who is eligible for marriage. Though we are from same cast, Girl's Parents are not getting agreed after so many requests and efforts. Now, the situation has come for both of us that our parents are all set to get us married from their own choice within few weeks. we both are looking for a safer and peaceful procedure of getting married. Since we are from Jaipur and girl cant come out of her house so frequently and for a long duration, its not possible for us to go to Delhi for court (as suggested by many) so we need help to get married legally within Jaipur.
First of all you can file a complaint in the nearest police station regarding the problem you are facing from the parents. As you both are major you both can get married to each other and you have no obligation towards anyone and no one can force you to get married to someone whom you do not desire, there is a proper procedure for a court marriage where both of you have to appear with witness and documents. which takes time as well.
