Value of stamp duty on sale deed and its registration

I am purchasing Second hand bike, for which i have to execute sale deed. Consideration price is 18000. Tell me value of Stamp Paper/Stamp Duty. and Is it necessary to go for registration.
Yes it is necessary to go for registration because in future if any theft, damage, crime etc happens with respect to the bike then you can face many problems. The stamp paper / duty to be paid shall be INR 100.
