Validity of Sale cum construction agreement

My apartment has 31 houses and all of the units were completed and handed over to all the residents 1 year back. While the building was under construction, the builder had entered into 'Sale cum construction' agreement then with each resident separately. Is that agreement still binding on us all to follow the points mentioned in the agreement. Pls clarify whether we can decide to use any services suitable for us (the residents) now.

The Sale Cum Construction agreement is not binding after construction completed. As you mentioned under construction is effective and thereafter it is valid. Hence, you can frame service rules and regulation for your residents in the Apartments.
