Validity of non-English divorce decree in Indian court

24-Jan-2023 (In Documentation Law)
I was married in India as per hindu marriage act. I later got divorced on basis of mutual consent from a Spanish court. I wish to remarry in India, however my divorce decree is in Spanish. Do I need to produce an English translated divorce decree at the Marriage registrar office to obtain a marriage certificate? Thanks

Yes, a copy of translated version of the Decree in English should be furnished.
Registrar office would ask for it.
Please have it translated.
Unnecessary the process at the Registrar office should not get stuck
