Validity of arya samaj marriage done in tis hazari court

17-Oct-2023 (In Documentation Law)
I got married on 23rd May 2015 according to Hindu Marriage Act in Arya Smaj Mandir in Tishazari court. We both are hindu but are intercaste. We did the marriage without parents consent and still are living separate to our respective houses. Can this be a reason on base of that family or law can make us take divorce.

IF YOU BOTH PARTNERS WILL NOT FILE FOR DIVORCE, FAMILY CANNOT MAKE YOU FILE DIVORCE.
FAMILY WILL ALSO HAVE TO PROVE IN THE FIRST PLACE THE SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGE.
HOWEVER, YOUR QUERY APPEARS TO BE VAGUE.
PLEASE REPHRASE AND PUT YOUR EXACT QUERY OR MEET A LAWYER IN PERSON.
