University Degree marks card denied for lateral entry

I completed my degree on 2005 from ksou by getting lateral entry for first sem. now i cleared govt of karnataka entrance exam for job. Now my degree is denied for taking lateral entry
Whether Kali is deemed university according to law and whether it is affiliated to any government university has to be seen first since if it is not there then u have u inquiry about it so do first later take all documents and meet an advocate to file a case in high Court writ of ceritio certifying it is deemed university and get order and directions.
