Sir, . My Husband has died on 25/02/2013 and He was a contractor. He had done Contract works in Nagar Palika Parishad, Mirzapur on different occassions.There is 604298/- Rs. payment is still unpaid by Nagar Pailka Parishad,Mirzapur and they are telling For Succession certificate for payment. I have applied for Rs. 604298/- Succession Certificate from Honorable District Court,Mirzapur. plz tell me that There is any provision for exemption for Succession Court fees for Widow lady who has no Money?
