Someone has obtained LLB degree without attending collage

If someone has obtained LLB degree & registered with Indian bar council without attending collage. What punishment this person will get if exposed? It can easily be proven that the person in question was in a city which was more then 300 km away, for good 5–6 months in the first year and 4–5 months in the final year. The collage somehow allowed this person to waive the attendance. Now this person is registered in bar council of India.
the degree has been given. do you have proof to prove all these allegations against the person as well as the university. you can file RTI to obtain all the records and then can file a complaint against the university and the person and you can get his degree cancelled.
