Signature of car seller differ. Demands hefty money to rectify.

Sir I have purchase the car 2 months back. Now I got message from the transport authority that the signature of the seller is not match to there record. When I tell this thing to the seller than he demands 50000 Rs for resignatures the document. Sir what legal action can I take as I have the documents that I paid all the money of deal
Is this so many things to know from you before suggestions. There is so many legal remedies civil and as well as criminal . So better you contact with me in persons with all the documents. You don't need to pay anything to him.

you can move against him in court of law for various criminal acts like forging signatures fraud cheating etc. you can start your legal action for simly lodging an FIR against him and can also claim compensation regarding the same.

Get a legal notice issued to owner and call upon him to sign the papers once again.
If he fails to say then the only option is to file an injunction suit against him.
