Request agreement information for 20lakh amount issued to friend

My Wife issued 20 Lakh amount to her close friend for interest. Monthly she getting interest amount through account credit. Kindly suggest what amount stamp paper need to be used for making agreement and what are all the points need to be covered in agreement. Kindly share the draft agreement matter.
You can have the agreement made in a non-judicial stamp paper.
the clause which you want to write should be clear and straight regarding the money paid, interest you would want, in case of default, jurisdiction in case of default, time limit, you can even add in case the person dies who is liable to pay the amount.
