sir in my 10 th and 12 th marks sheet my name is dushyant but in graduation degree dushyant pandey if i fill a govt. job form what name i should use and this mistake will create any problem during document varifacation

Further, you may request the board of education which examined you for 10th and 12th along w your school to update their records and give you a fresh copy. Resulting the same, you shall have the same name everywhere.
