I want to know that i haven't a resident proof since 1993 then how I can get obc certificate in delhi and we have 1995 proof and i want to reservation in ssc cgl example so how I get?And my cast is salmani....
You have to go to the SDM office of your locality/area having jurisdriction on the said thing. then they will give you a form of obtaining the caste certificate from that office, you can submit the form duly filled up along with certificate of 10th and 12th, aadhar card, voter Id, photograph (minimum 2). Then they will give you the certificate after verifying the details provided by you. It may take upto 2 months to get the OBC certificate from the department.
