Registration of forefather's land without any documentation available

We are having a property which belongs to my forefathers... one of my brother claimed that entire property belongs to him according to the will of my grandfather...but actually there is no will or it might be fake produced by him... he registered that property on his name ...making my sisters as witnesses and they signed in the documents... to prove that will is a false one i did not have any handwritings or thumbprints of my grandfather..what can i do now..i recently came to know that he is trying to sell that property...how should i proceed now..please help me out..thanking you sir

Dear sir,

AS it is an ancestral property you have your share in it. you can challenge the will and also file a suit for partition. the onus is on your brother that the will is original and has been given to him by your grandfather.
