Procedure to stop government from going to appeal at High Court

We have been fighting with the state government over a property since 2001. At every level District Collector,Land Tribunal,High Court - - in this 15 years judgement is delivered on our favour Latest being in 2016. Now government is going for an appeal to a first bench in High Court and thereafter government also can go for supreme court. Now we neither have the physical,mental strength nor financial ability to go on like this for another decade or so. Can you please advise us if there is any procedure to stop government from going to appeal at High Court or Supreme Court further ?
As per your query, there is no procedure to stop the authorities from approaching a higher court or challenging an order. It is a right given by the law and it cannot be taken away.
