Procedure to marry a foreign national in India

Myself 24 years old,male,Woking in a construction company.I am going to marry a bangladeshi girl,aged 23.I wish to know what is the rule of foreign marriage,where it will be held and what is the procedure.I am Bengali Hindu but she is belonging from tripurian tribe from bangladesh.So that family problem will occur from both side,specially her side.so what has to be done through legally way.Please suggest me.
Yes you may marry. Your to be wife will be required to produce her passport and a valid visa. She will also need to apply for a NOC from her embassy which essentially states that she is unmarried.
