Procedure to make correction in father's name in 10th certificate

MY FATHER NAME CORRECT SPELLING IS CHANDRA BHANU SINGH. BUT IN 10TH MARKSHEET IT IS WRITTEN CHANDARA BHANU SINGH. THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO TELL ME PROCEDURE FOR CORRECTION
CBSE Rule says applications for correction in names/ father's name are required to be made within a year from declaration of result. If this is the case, please file application with CBSE. Application format available on CBSE's website. If above Is not the case then file representation and seek CBSE 's indulgence. If CBSE doesn't do it, please file Writ Petition before concerned High Court according to the Regional Office of CBSE
