Procedure to get the named changed from school marksheets

I was enrolled in board in 2005 .In 2008 i changed my name ..Board issued me certificates of 10th and 12th as by name ..But my name in all document like Adhar Card,DL,Voter id, pan card and even in my birth certificate is issued with new name ...Now I am facing a lot of trouble in passport making due to this duality in name in certificate of 10th..currently i am doing my masters in Veterinary Pharmacology from LUVAS Hisar..I want to go foriegn in pursuit of Phd in Veterinary Pharmacology...University personals are saying if you will rectify this thing from board we also rectify this thing....so respected sir plz suggest me how can I get certificates with rectified name
CBSE rule is that name change should have been admitted by the Court of Law and notified in the Official Gazette before the publication of the result.
However, there have been judgments in the past by Delhi High Court as to that the above rule is not right and therfore, it directed CBSE to issue new certificates in new name. It is advisable that you file a representation with CBSE and thereafter if CBSE quotes the same rule, a Writ Petition should be filed before Delhi High Court. Note: Representation should mention about judgment passed by Delhi High Court in past.

Dear it is very easy but time taking process that u approach from your school principal with application and get forwarded for issue of fresh certificate well in advance with annexure of affidavit.paper cutting and all relevant documents as aadhar and pan and passport etc qhever u have enclose it and process it to concerned board

Dear querist, you have two options
1. First you meet board office and explained him your problem if they agrees upon taking a affidavit of your name change and if they changed your name that's ok, if not
Then you have to publish your name change in daily national news paper and then gazatte it. Then you give certificate of gazatte to board, or pasport department
