Procedure to get name changed

Hi, My names being used in all my certificates and ID Proofs 10th , 12th, Graduation and Job Experience Certificates. I want to change it as Abhishek Das. I have heard that after name change one has to face many issues. Please help me.
Process of name change:-
1. Affidavit;
2. Public Notice;
3. Gazette publication;
On the basis of Gazette notification, you may have all your documents, including qualification certificates,on new name.
Till the time, all documents are not in the name of name name, you shall have to justify /answers questions in relation to change of name.
