Procedure to file case in CAT for change of reserve cetagory

I am giving SSC exam where I filed in for obc category but they asked for obc certificate for a specific period but mine is for some other period of time ye have taking my application under general category. Can I file case in CAT and what is the procedure?

Firstly you shall have to call the people responsible for conducting SSC exam and if they do not agree to change your category in the form, then you shall have the right to file a case in Cat for the mistake on the mistake committed by the examination. You will have to show the certificate for the period you are having. But even if you show your category certificate and still in the form they have mentioned you in general category, then you shall have the right to court through an advocate.
