Procedure to correct name of 12th marksheet

Dear Sir, I had just passed my 10th in 2004 & 12th 2006 (both from up board). in 10th certificate & mark sheet my name is correct and in 12th Marksheet , i have the incorrect name. & I also didn't collect my certificate. Please suggest does it create any issue, because i have to apply for the job where 10th & 12 certificate required.

It will definitely create an issue, you will have to get your name corrected in both your 10th and 12th mark sheet. The same can be done from the office of UP board situated at Allahabad.
