Procedure to correct name in school marksheet

Dear sir in my 10 the certificate my name is VIKASH KUMAR SINGH and rest of all 12th, Degree certificate name is VIKAS KUMAR SINGH and I am apply for change the 10th certificate to board recently they reject NY application to change name due to 2007 passed. And I n cleared written exam of BANK. and I m apply with the name VIKAS KUMAR SINGH. so what I do for documents verification successful.
You can get an affidavit drafted for the same reason stating that all your certificate and Id's have the name mentioned as VIKAS KUMAR SINGH, except the 10th class certificate. Another option available to you is that you can file a writ in the court asking them to order the Board to do the needful, however this way shall not be very helpful as the change in name in class 10 certificate is time barred by now.
