Procedure to change name on the government documents

Sir It is Very Very Important for me please give reply for this. My name is PRANAY REDDY, in all certificates it is mentioned as Only PRANAY C, Now i want to change it as PRANAY REDDY. and i dont want to change the name in education certificates becoz its very hectic thing to change in certificates but i want to change in aadhar card,pan card, passport and other ID proofs as PRANAY REDDY and is there any document stating that PRANAY REDDY in aadhar card and PRANAY C in SSC memo are like same. I Hope you people will help me.
You need to make an application to the concerned departments of Aadhar card, Pan card, passport and any other concerned departments. You need to make a separate application to every department. Every department has a different procedure to make any corrections in their respective id proofs.
