Procedure to change name in marksheets

I have passed 12 th CBSE in 2014 and 10th in 2012 and I want my name to be changed in my marksheet so I want permission from court as CBSE office has informed me so how I have to go for that I want to shorten my name in marksheet .
As per the CBSE rules they are very reluctant to make changes in the marksheet, it is not admissible to change it. You can send an application to CBSE for change of name. or else you can file a WRIT petition in the High Court for change in the.
