Dear Querist you need to get out certified copy of the order and date to date recordings. You need to give further details whether you are for Plaintiff or Defendant. The case seems to have not been attended and hence such an order has been passed

If you do not intend to proceed with the matter and the order is already passed and matter is closed then you can make application in the court though your advocate who was on record and request the Court for your documents back and the Curt will pass order and direct the registry to provide you the original documents and keeping the photocopies of the documents with them.

You need to apply for certified copies of the disposed off order in the office of the relevant court. After submitted the application for certified copies, you should ideally get the order copy within 4 to 6 weeks or as per the timing given by the office to you. But you will surely get.
