Hello Sir, 1. My grand mother is having property she ready to give us like in a gift so what can i arranged the documents for legally registration. 2. The property held by your grandmother can be gifted to you without any encumbrances only if it is her self acquired property. In case of ancestral property different rules will apply depending upon your religion and other factors.
