sir, i want to change my first name , what is the PROCESS to change my first name i am 24yr old now completed my B.Tech.
The procedure for name change is as follows:
1. Notice of name change is to be published in a local and a national newspaper.
2. A publication in gazette is to be made regarding the name change.
3. Along with an affidavit has to be made with regard to the name change.
With regard to the consequences, there are no such consequences that we are already aware of or mentioned there in law.
