I need to make an affidavit (One and Same person affidavit) before 1st class Judicial magistrate for spelling mismatch in surname recorded in different documents . What is the procedure to make this affidavit before judicial magistrate of Calcutta High Court ? Can anyone please let me know the fees and procedure ?
