Hi, What is the process of filing a complaint against someone using fake graduation and post graduation certificate and working as a manager in a organisation.... this is cheating ..also advice ..will this person be punished by law ? if so -- how severe ? Please advice
Hi You can file a complain with the organisation and police but you will need proof to back your complain otherwise that person can file a defamation case against you.Punishment is after conviction which takes long but the company might immediately terminte his service if our claim is found to be correct.
